Weight in June 1, 2012

I missed last weeks weigh in, lost 6.9

This week lost 1.5

Current weight 258.4

I have been walking every day 2-3 miles and today I hiked up Stone Mountain.

Also I have been doing Jillian Micheals 30 days shred. I stopped it last week at day 8. I will start doing it again this week. However I will modify the cardio part because it was causing pain in my body that has not gone away like the soreness did from my first days. Its a GREAT workout. I highly recommend it!
