Making my way back down again , yay!





Sooooo I am making my "weigh" back down again, 235.9 as of yesterday!! YAY!!! Hopefully I will reach my goal of 199 by Dec 31st....wish me luck!! :)

Back at it again...

I am doing things a bit differently than before. I tend to get bored really fast so I have to switch it up or I go back to old habits. Anyway this message really fits me perfectly and I wanted to share it:




A few changes I have made are:
Had high protein breakfast every day.
Had my 64 ozs+ water every day.
Made sure most my drinks were ice cold.
Ate when I felt hungry, so about 6 times a day.
Drank lots of green tea (I add two bags of the tea in my water bottle).
Didn't eat anything after 8pm.
Went to bed as early as possible every night.
Started taking my multi-vitamin (prenatal) and omega 3's again


As far as doing Weight Watchers here at home (you guys know I dont pay for it) I didn't count any points this week. I basically just ate what I knew was healthiest for me. At the same time majority of what I eat, points value is engraved in my memory for ever so that made it easier.

We'll see how it goes next weigh in, but I can tell you last week it went very well!

Today I weighed in at 253.1, -3.1 last week, -13.7 total.

33.1 to go! (220)

Hoping I can get into the 230's for our trip to FL next month (July 13th) Wish me luck! :)

Weight in June 1, 2012

I missed last weeks weigh in, lost 6.9

This week lost 1.5

Current weight 258.4

I have been walking every day 2-3 miles and today I hiked up Stone Mountain.

Also I have been doing Jillian Micheals 30 days shred. I stopped it last week at day 8. I will start doing it again this week. However I will modify the cardio part because it was causing pain in my body that has not gone away like the soreness did from my first days. Its a GREAT workout. I highly recommend it!

I have no title for this post...

I did it again. I don't know what is wrong with me! I gained back all the weight I lost. This is definitely a lifetime battle I am dealing with here.

I weighed in yesterday at a whopping 266.8

Same ol' Same ol'

I came back from Mexico and let myself go. While there I stuffed my face withh al the incredibly delicious food, 2 months worth! I weighed in this past Monday at 254.3. I gained back 30 pounds...nooooo :(

But you know what it's O.K.

I am back on track, and will get back down to where I was sooner or later!

Point is guys---no matter how many times you fall, always get back up.
